As the popularity of skydiving grows, we are seeing more paraplegic students participating in AFF or tandem jumps. While there may be some limitations on the ability of instructors at certain drop zones to handle this type of training, the use of appropriate equipment can greatly enhance the safety and success of these jumps.
Our leg harness is specifically designed for paraplegic AFF and tandem students. It is mounted on the knees and keeps both legs together with some clearance during freefall, providing controllable movement. After deployment, an adjustable lanyard attached to the harness can be hooked to the largest ring of the 3-ring release system or the passenger attachment D ring/tandem. This lanyard allows the legs to be elevated to a safe height for landing.
This harness has been successfully used in the field with both AFF and tandem students, significantly increasing safety when used properly. Please refer to the included manual for instructions on proper use. Trust [Company Name] for innovative and reliable parachute equipment."
